Comfortable and effectiveProvides slight steady pressure and cooking relief for my migraines. While it does not eliminate the migraine if offers enough comfort for me to rest while I wait for medication to work on the migraine pain. Sometimes that can be the most uncomfortable time, knowing that the medication will take away the horrible pain but waiting and waiting for relief to begin. This has been a great help during those times. The full cooling effect lasts for approximately 30 minutes so I may unvest in a second one so I can switch it when I need to. The material feels nice and seems well constructed. The darkness over my eyes is also soothing. This is a comfortable fit and flexible enough for myself and my teen daughter if she needs it. Highly recommend and also sorry if this is something you need ro have on hand.

Incredible!! Best migraine reliever!!!TheraICE head wrap is so worth it!! As a Licensed Massage Therapist and someone who has migraines and headaches frequently, I have been using a super cold washcloth to put over my eyes and head for a headache. This is a GAME CHANGER!! The color is super pretty as I got the pink one, it’s medium/lighter in weight but provides the heavy feeling for the compression. It gets cold very fast when it sits in the freezer and stays cold for a while. The wrap is secure when you put it on your head and is breathable with the nose “V”. The overall material is great quality and is really flexible to fit around the head although it says that one size fits all. The only thing is that it does smell kind of weird; like silicone/plastic. All of the positives of this product out weighs the one negative. That’s for sure. I will be recommending to my clients. Spend the money. Your head will thank you!!

Worth the buy but doesn't stay cold for longI get headaches and migranes frequently and this is much better than a frozen bags of peas. Pros: The material is very soft and good quality; it has a thick layer of gel in it; I have a big head and it isn't too tight and could definitely be worn while laying down; can be worn over the eyes and it blocks out light; gives good pressure which helps almost as much as the cold; decent price; I haven't used it warm yet but I like that you can do both. Cons: If worn straight out of the freezer it can make my headache worse and give a brain freeze-like sensation; by the time it's a good temp to wear it doesn't stay cold for long and I got about 20 minutes of use from it. Overall I would give it a 4.5 and recommend this product.
